What to Lay Out on the Desk First
Admin Access, Briefly
A global admin login for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, shared in person or by phone. We replace it with named accounts and return it at handover.
A List of Machines
Laptops and desktops, who uses them, and anything older than five years. The old ones are usually where the trouble sits.
Your Quietest Mornings
Sign-in changes take about ten minutes a person. Tell us when clients are in and we work around them.

Do I pay anything before the work is done?
No. The hardening invoice is raised on day fourteen, after handover. Monthly services are billed at the end of each month they cover.
Does the Watch Service require the hardening first?
We prefer it, because we can only watch what we have already set in order. If your office has been hardened elsewhere, we review it first and tell you plainly what is missing.
How is the seat count worked out for monthly fees?
By active mailboxes on the first of the month. A leaver you remove mid-month is not counted the following month.
Can I take only the backup?
Yes, at $12 a seat. We would still ask to see your sign-in settings, since a backup behind a weak password is a locked box with the key left in the door.
Is there a contract period?
Monthly services run month to month. Give us thirty days’ notice and we hand over the logbook and every credential.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: is the price different?
No. The fee is the same for either, since the work follows the same ledger with different tools.
